Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Our shipping policy is to post orders every Friday or Monday of the week, but regularly try to post next day if I can. Orders will have a maximum 3-business-day processing period before being sent. If longer, you will be notified. 

Postage options range from Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Shipping Locations

At the moment, Meibe is only shipping within the United Kingdom. I would love to expand to more countries in the future, depending on shipping regulations. Check back here or out social media channels under @bymeibe to find out if there are any updates with shipping to newer locations.

Refunds and Returns

Regarding refunds and returns, all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, it will be replaced accordingly. If your package goes missing, I will contact the shipping company to try to resolve it. Otherwise, I will resend or refund your order!

For any items which are made to order and custom-made, this may be slightly different, but contact me, and we will try to sort this out and resolve it.
